" Tiger Team Cup 2008"
Hi Ian
Just a quick thank you for tonight, Luke is still going on and on
and on about how well he played and how pleased he is with his new
handicap and score ( I'm doing this email now at 10pm as we have
only just got Luke to calm down and go to sleep as he is so full of
how well he played).
Thanks a lot for the swing tips you have given him as tonight before
he started he had already said that with his new swing he was going
to break 40 so he is trilled that he has done it at last.
Luke is really looking forward to his lesson on Tuesday and at the
moment he is saying that next week he will beat tonight's score (we
will wait and see) !!! Thanks again for your time and effort
with Luke as it is so nice to him really happy with his golf again.
As for Olivia I am so glad they are now not in the same division
again (I know I'm a wimp) as that way if one does win something and
the other doesn't at least I can use, the well you were not against
each other excuse again so they don't need to know what each other
has done as Olivia is just so competitive and I'm sure that's not a
good thing.
Thanks again for all your effort with them both.
Regards

" Tiger Team Cup 2008"
Hi Ian, Sunday was such a fantastic day. I enjoyed every bit of it. The new
ideas were amazing. The scoreboards were brilliant. You didn’t have to
go round and ask some people their scores all you had to do was look at
the scoreboard. One of the other great things was that you ordered brand
new golf balls on the range. I also really liked the jumpers and the
visors. Thank you so much for developing junior golf and organising one
of the best events in the country.

" Tiger Team Cup 2008"
Hi Ian,
I very much enjoyed the tiger team cup...(obviously because greys
won!)... although I drew my doubles and lost my singles against Daniel
Jackson, however this was a great experience and I came back from 3 down
to A/S to 1 down which is quite an achievement!
Thanks for a great Tiger Team Cup, me and my mum both enjoyed the
weather and the golf!

" Tiger Team Cup 2008"
Hi Ian, We wanted to thank you, Luke and John and everyone else involved for a
really special and fun day on Sunday. Stanley thoroughly enjoyed himself
and was so excited about the competition, it also helped that he played
some of the best golf and won his singles match and more importantly was
on the winning team! From start to finish the tigers were made to feel
like pro's, the whole event was well organised. The next morning Stan
was proudly gathering up his programme, jumper and medal and told me how
that nights sleep he had dreamt of the golf he had played on Sunday!
Well done and see you Wednesday.

" Tom Jeffries Bid Farewell"
Hi Ian,
Tom and Mark would like to play on Saturday. This is obviously Tom’s
last medal, which is very sad, but we would like to take this
opportunity to thank you for all that you have done for him. He has had
a great time and I am sure that he will continue to enjoy golf for the
rest of his life.

" Website Praise"
A friend asked me about golf as she knows the
boys play as one of hers is interested... so i directed her to the
tigers web site... have now had this back from her.
Thanks for this. I also had a look at the xxxxxxxxxx Golf Club
website, simply because it is much closer to home and would be so much
easier to get to and would therefore encourages us to go. Forget it! If
what they say on their website is anything to go by it sounds dreadful,
full of rules, dress codes and fines, it just does not sound like a nice
atmosphere. The Tiger Club website on the other hand shows me a really
friendly welcoming club, so if Oliver is still up for it I think we will
try it. I’ll let you know
well done again.

" Well Mannered Juniors"
Dear Ian
When we were playing the 13th today. my tee shot went left onto the 14th
fairway.. When i went over to take it, there were three juniors playing
the 14th, and they waited for me as I nervously took my 3 wood to the
green.. Fortunately I connected well and they were extremely
complimentary and stopped to chat briefly... i then saw them again in
the club house and again they stopped to chat - don't know their names,
but one was wearing a blue and white striped shirt. and the other a red
shirt.. must have been about 15/16 ???
Hope you will train my two to be that courteous! mine have not stopped
talking about their experience on the main course today and what they
learnt with Luke !!

" Winning Parent Seminar - with Jamie Edwards"
Ian, thank you so much for allowing the New Breed Tennis parents to
attend the seminar on Friday evening. Jamie was legendary!!!! We all
really enjoyed listening to him and learnt an awful lot from his
very dynamic presentation.
Best wishes

" Parker Classic 2007"
Ian, just a quick line or two to say thanks for
such a fantastic day last Sunday. The day was memorable, brilliantly
organised and great fun. We were invited down by Mark Sturgess and I
had the pride of seeing my son, Alex play in his fist competition. I
was greatly impressed by the friendly atmosphere and how helpful
your members were. Alex, who is only seven, is very shy and unsure
in new surroundings, yet he was giving high fives to his caddies,
Grace and Alex by the end of the first hole. The encouragement
didn't stop for the whole duration, and in playing group 26 all of
your caddies/members were a credit to themselves, their families and
the club.
Mark has spoken several times about how impressed he was with the
junior set up at Mill Green and how he hopes to mirror this at
Kingsway. I can see why.
Alex for one had his clubs out after school today, already saying he
is now hunting trophies and is looking for improvements in his game.
My three year old daughter who came and watched hasn't stopped
talking about taking the game up also.
Thanks again to all of you at Mill Green for such a great day.

" Parker Classic 2007"
THANK YOU for a great day.. The boys thoroughly enjoyed their first
Parker Classic and are still talking about it to everyone.. You
certainly made them all feel very special and it was a fantastic
sight. Tollef who was very apprehensive beforehand.. said unprompted
before he went to bed that night 'thank you for a wonderful day!'.
