Tom Jeffries - First to reach Tiger scratch handicap

With a Gross one under par 26 in the September 2007 Medal, Tiger Tom Jeffries becomes the first member of the 'Tiger Scratch Club'.  His efforts also won him the Premier Division and the Low Gross Morgan Trophy in the competition.
