Jarvis Hinds has been picked to play for the Hertfordshire U12 squad in a friendly match this July.  Jarvis, along with several other Tiger lads, have been involved in the Hertfordshire County Junior boys training sessions for a couple of years now.

UNDER 12/13 TRIANGULAR COUNTY MATCH

The inaugural inter-County Under 12/13 match at Temple GC on Sunday 20th July, between Herts, Beds and BB&O was an outstanding success.

Each County was represented by 5 Under 12 and 5 Under 13 Juniors with handicaps ranging from 8 to 28. On a day when the major aim was to encourage the development of younger juniors in the Counties, enthusiasm, commitment and skills were present in abundance.

With all three teams receiving great and unpartisan support from parents, managers and host club members Herts just edged to victory, defeating both Beds and BB&O by 5.5 matches to 4.5.
The day was so successful that it proposed that it will now become an annual event between the three counties.
